All subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.
One-time setup fees are charged at the beginning of service to cover initial website development, configuration, and deployment. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. After 3 failed attempts, your service may be suspended until payment is received. We will notify you before any suspension occurs.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to all services until that date. No refunds are provided for partial months.

On the Growth Plan, "unlimited text edits" means you can request content updates, image changes, and minor modifications via text message without additional charges. This includes:

We strive to complete most updates within 24 hours. Complex requests may take longer, and we'll communicate timelines upfront. Emergency fixes are prioritized.

This model ensures your website never breaks or becomes outdated. We maintain and update the code infrastructure as part of your subscription.
During your active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and services. This license terminates upon cancellation.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors beyond our control (hosting provider issues, DDoS attacks, natural disasters) may cause temporary outages.
We may perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance of any planned downtime exceeding 30 minutes.
In case of security vulnerabilities or critical issues, we may perform emergency maintenance without advance notice to protect your website and data.

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO Web Automations shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold GO Web Automations harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first. We'll work in good faith to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in Massachusetts.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in Section 3 (Cancellation Policy).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.
